Independent Living With the Right Level of Support
Supported living enables adults with a range of needs to live in their own home or shared accommodation — with personalised, CQC-registered support that promotes independence, autonomy, and a life that is genuinely their own.

About This Service
What Is Supported Living?
Supported living is a model of care that enables adults with disabilities, mental health conditions, or complex needs to live as independently as possible — in their own home or shared accommodation — with the level of support they need to do so safely and confidently. It is distinct from residential care precisely because the individual has their own tenancy and their own life — support is there to enable that life, not to define it.
At Premier23 Care Services, our supported living service is built on a fundamental belief: that every adult, regardless of their needs, deserves the opportunity to live the life they choose. We do not impose a routine, a schedule, or a way of doing things. We work with each individual to understand their goals, their preferences, and what independence means to them — and we provide the right support to make it real.
Our support workers are carefully matched to each individual — considering personality, interests, communication style, and cultural background alongside practical support needs. The right match is not a detail; it is the foundation of everything.
“Supported living is not about managing someone's life. It is about making their life truly theirs.”

Everyone Has the Right to Live the Life They Choose
Our supported living service is built on a rights-based foundation. Adults with disabilities and complex needs are not defined by their diagnosis — they are individuals with ambitions, preferences, and the right to make their own decisions. Our role is to support those rights in practice, every single day.
The Right to Choose
Every decision — from what to eat to where to go — belongs to the individual. Our role is to support informed choice, not to make decisions on someone else's behalf.
The Right to a Home
A place that is genuinely theirs — their belongings, their routines, their front door. Supported living means a real home, not a facility.
The Right to Grow
Support that evolves as the individual develops skills, confidence, and independence. Progress is the goal — and we celebrate every step.
How It Works
Four Simple Steps
Initial Conversation
Call 01256 338456 or complete our online form. We take time to listen — understanding the individual's situation, needs, and aspirations before any assessment.
Needs Assessment & Support Planning
Working alongside the individual, their family, and any social care professionals, we conduct a thorough assessment and develop a personalised support plan.
Support Worker Matching
We carefully identify and introduce a support worker whose character, skills, and interests are well matched to the individual. Compatibility is primary.
Support Begins and Evolves
Support starts and is reviewed regularly. As skills and confidence grow, the level of support adjusts — always with the individual's goals at the centre.

Client Stories
What Our Clients Say
“When my son transitioned from college to adult services, I was terrified he would lose the independence he had worked so hard to build. Premier23 actually listened to what he wanted his life to look like, not just what his diagnosis said about him. Two years on, he is living in his own flat, working part-time, and more confident than I have ever seen him. I am so grateful.”
