About This Service

What Is Domiciliary Care?

Domiciliary care — sometimes called home care or care at home — is a flexible service that brings professional support directly to your own home. Rather than moving into a residential setting, you or your loved one receives the help needed to maintain daily routines, manage personal care, and live comfortably and independently.

At Premier23 Care Services, our domiciliary care visits are tailored entirely to the individual. Whether you need assistance for thirty minutes in the morning or several visits throughout the day, we design a schedule that works around your life — not the other way around.

Our service is registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and every carer on our team is carefully recruited, thoroughly trained, and compassionately matched to each client. We are not simply providing a service — we are supporting a person.

The best domiciliary care is invisible — it simply makes daily life feel possible again.

Client Stories

What Our Clients Say

From the moment Premier23 came into our lives, the difference was extraordinary. My mother's carer understood her routine immediately, treated her with complete dignity, and genuinely seemed to enjoy spending time with her. For the first time in months, we felt like we could breathe.
