A free care assessment is a relaxed, informal conversation — not a test, not a form-filling exercise, and not a commitment to anything. It is simply an opportunity for one of our experienced care advisors to understand your situation, answer your questions, and help you work out what kind of support might be most helpful.

The assessment can take place at home, over the telephone, or by video call — whichever is most comfortable for you. There is no need to prepare anything in advance. Our advisor will gently guide the conversation through the areas most relevant to your situation.

At the end of the assessment, you will have a clearer picture of the care options available, what they might look like in practice, and how Premier23 Care Services could support you or your loved one. You are under no obligation to proceed — and there is no time pressure of any kind.
